Despite continuous scientific and medical progress, many patients still die or suffer the consequences of a stroke or cardiovascular-related pathologies. These pathologies affecting the brain and/or heart share common risk factors and similar etiological mechanisms. One of the strengths of our team is to combine the skills of physicians (neurologists, cardiologists, vascular surgeons, ophthalmologists, etc.) with those of researchers in a cross-cutting approach, both clinical and fundamental.
